On Feb 25, a tech from another generator service responded to our request to check our liquid cooled Generac as it had stopped working. He spent 3 hrs and told us we needed a new stator, rotor, solenoid and the propane was not properly installed. To do that was going to cost $12000 or for 14000 they would replace it with an air cooled unit. We decided to call your company for a 2nd opinion. Your technician diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. Result: rats had chewed on the electric lines. As soon as he fixed the damage the generator started up and is working great. Thank you for responding so rapidly, communicating, and saving us thousands of dollars. Landen did a superb job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We now have a service we can trust.
